Before you do though, please check the following:

1) Fit Issue: If you have Ultimate Ears IEMs that are less than 90 days old please use the form below (no charges will apply), if they are more than 90 days old but less than 2 years old please use the form below (charges will apply) - If they are more than 2 years old they have a fixed-fee out-of-warranty scheme that also includes a full service, click here to use that.

2) Warranty Periods: If you have Ultimate Ears IEMs that are less than 2 years old please use the form below, if they are more than 2 years old they have a fixed-fee out-of-warranty scheme, click here to use that.
