So, you've ruled out a cable issue, your source and you've checked for wax - The online form below allows you now to report a fit, warranty or service issue. Please fill in the form in full, this will allow us to swiftly take care of you and your InEarz or Empire Ears custom in ear monitors.

Before you do though, please check the following:

1) Fit Issue: If you have a fit issue and you have had your InEarz IEMs for more than 45 days or your Empire Ears IEMs for more than 30 days refit charges will apply.

2) Warranty Periods: If your InEarz IEMs are more than 1 year old or your Empire Ears are more than 2 years old repair charges will apply.
